equilibrium: life is normal people are wealthy and the city seems near enough perfect

disruption: a disease spreads and people start getting really sick after a week or so the people start feeling worse and their lungs start exploding from within the body, nobody knows how and why

recognition of disruption: after 2 months they finally find a cure 87% of the population has died and 10% is still sick, the 10% gets cured and they start rebuilding the economy and worldwide hunger becomes a big problem

new equilibrium: people have started rebuilding everything as most buildings exploded the city bodmin is put into a new life and its great to live it is

villain: Rana Loads she tries stopping the vaccine as she's an antivaccer
